Gladding & Michel’s pre-employment investigations are fully compliant with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Gramm Leach Bliley Financial Services Modernization Act. Once the pre-employment investigation and background checks are completed, our investigators will submit a formal, detailed report that will include documentation of all of the information gathered.
